Several exhibitions of her work, both collective and solo, have been held in Italy, France, Germany, and Greece. In 2022, the headquarters of the Associazione Arteinsieme in Comiso, at the historic Palazzo Fidone, hosted her first solo exhibition of paintings and watercolors dedicated to the theme of water and entitled "The Bewitching Beauty of Water", which was praised by both critics and the public.

In 2022, she received two painting awards: a special mention for the watercolor "The Ragusa Coast in Spring" at the XII International Competition "Mare Nostrum Mediterraneo", and a special mention for the watercolor "Winter Abstract"at the I International Competition "Christmas of Yesterday and Today".

In May 2023, she created the reversible and dual watercolor painting style. Through her reversible watercolors, Giorgia creates, within a single watercolor, its own reflection with an opposite meaning.

In 2023, her "Art Manifesto" on reversible watercolors was filed and registered at the "Giacomo Longo" Regional University Library of Messina and the National Central Library of Florence, in the sections dedicated to manuscripts, rare manuscripts, and old sources. For the distinctive technique that makes her watercolors reversible, she was considered worthy of a special chapter in the history of contemporary art for “her dreamlike and ethereal, yet simultaneously powerful painting, which dives deeply into social aspects.”

In 2023, she was awarded at the 2nd International Artistic-Literary Competition "Christmas and Winter Memories" and for the watercolor "Tramonto violaceo" at the international "Famart-Casa dei Carraresi Context".

In 2024, her "Acquerello Reversibile" became a registered trademark at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

In April 2024, she presented her second solo exhibition of watercolor paintings, dedicated to the theme of reversibility, at the "Giacomo Longo" Regional University Library in Messina, receiving acclaim from the press and critics.

In 2024, she received the "Grand Prix Excellence SAINT-GERMAIN DES-PRÉS 2024" at Sorbonne University in Paris for piano and the originality of her Reversible Watercolors®.

In 2024, she was awarded at the 1st "Leonardo da Vinci" Figurative Arts Competition with the Reversible Watercolor® "Succumb to the World – Dance upon the World".

In 2024, she was honored with the "Sicilia Opera nel Mondo" prize for her collection of Reversible Watercolors®.

In 2025, she was awarded at Sala della Protomoteca, Capitoline Hill in Rome, for one of her Reversible Watercolors® and for the originality of her painting technique.

Several national and international newspapers and magazines have written about her, including: BC24news (Canada), Polismagazino (Greece), The Buzzmagazine (Arab World), Funviewsonline.wordpress (New York), Activenews.co (United Kingdom), Start News (Italy), La Sicilia (Italy), Le Petit Courrier (France), Drimmarte (Italy), Experiences (Italy), Regione Sicilia (Italy), Corriere del Popolo (Italy), and Corriere dell’Umbria (Italy).
